Good to know, before you buy.

Orders are packed and dispatched from the studio within 2–4 business days. If something is made to order, the product page says so before you buy.

US orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the studio.

Keep the packaging and email photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim. Do not send a damaged item back before contacting us.

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Made-to-order and final-sale pieces are excluded.

Prints ship unframed in a rigid tube. The product details list paper, size, and what is included. Frames shown in photographs are styling references.

Your confirmation email has a private direct link. You can also use Find an order with the email used at checkout and your order number. For privacy, an order number alone is not enough.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless the product page says DDP. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.

PayPal checkout is being enabled. Until it is live, the checkout does not capture real payment; the payment area states this clearly.
