We collect the information needed to process an order: name, email, shipping address, order contents, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

We use this information to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting/tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share only what is necessary with payment processors, fulfilment/logistics partners, email providers, and analytics providers. Each provider is expected to protect the data and use it only for the service.

Cookies are used for cart, language, checkout, and (where enabled) analytics. Non-essential analytics/advertising cookies should only load after consent where required.

Email verification records: when you request a checkout code, we store the email address, request time, verification time, IP address, browser user agent, and the time/version of your terms acceptance. We use these records to prevent fraud, prove consent, and resolve disputes, and retain them only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing the studio. Some records may be retained where required by law.
