To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory local law.

Email verification and order evidence. Before accepting checkout, we send a one-time code to the email you provide. We record when the email was verified, when these terms were accepted, the terms version, the IP address, browser user agent, and the order contents. We use these records to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.

Order review. We review order issues fairly and may make a final decision on a disputed order in good faith. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law, and it does not override the refund/shipping policies or any formal dispute process.

Email delivery. You are responsible for entering an email address you can access. A verified email is required to place an order. If you cannot receive the code, contact the studio before ordering.
