Shipping policy

Orders are packed and dispatched from the studio within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order or pre-order items may take longer; the product page will say so.

US orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Free US shipping applies to orders over $50 after discounts. Other shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the studio. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact the studio and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless the product page says DDP. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.
